Created in September of 2007, OFFEP (Office Epargne Patrimoine) is a subsidiary of the Equalliance Group whose aims are the creation, training, development and activation of sales networks in chargeof distributing the products of Océanis.

OFFEP specialises in the distribution of properties benefitting from the regime of “De Robien” fiscal advantages and completes the Group’s overall strategy as regards the development of integrated commercial structures. OFFEP also distributes real-estate benefitting from other fiscal regimes, “Océanis Outre Mer”, on the basis of the fiscal regime “Loi Girardin” and to round off its product range, OFFEP markets the serviced residences of Océanis which benefit from the LMP (Furnished Residential leased to professional) and LMNP (Furnished Residential leased to non-professionals) fiscal regimes.

In order to best fulfil these goals, OFFEP offers a number of varied capabilities and has structured itself as follows :

A team specialised in the search for commercial partners.

A team is permanently attributed to the research of new commercial partners and has at its disposal a large number of contacts in order to develop and expand the Equalliance sales team.

A department specialised in legal, administrative, financial andfiscal consultancy, for the creation and development of commercial structures.
The commercialisation of de-fiscalisedreal-estate products requires specific skills and management of the administrative bureaucracy, in which OFFEP is specially adapted. In addition, a regular follow-up of rules and regulations affecting real-estate transactions and consumer protections is the responsibility of this department.
OFFEP is responsible for administrative follow-ups of sales and deals with relationships between all of the sales partners (financial structures, brokers, notaries).

A department specialised in management training within commercial structures, as well as all of their employees. OFFEP is also a training centre created in September of 2007, including 4 training officers, all of them with hands-on sales experience, and tasked with teaching sales techniques to new network and sales managers that are required in the successful marketing of Océanis’products.
Initial training programmes take 2 months and include the technical information (fiscal laws: Robien, Borloo, LMP, LMNP, Girardin) and sales skills (understanding and application of the sales model).The principal goal of the training centre is to ensure that sales teams are professional and operational, as well as to optimisetime management. To do this, weekly personalised training courses andtheatre modules are organised by professionals in order to teach behaviour and improvisation during the sales process.

As of today, OFFEP has trained more than 120 sales personnel in its offices, as well as 10 managers. In the short term, we wish to created a sales school offering a diploma recognised by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Paris.

A department specialised in the development of management and coaching in commercial structures.
The participants, specialists in recruiting, sales techniques, goal-setting, and the development of corporate turnover, are a daily resource for commercial partners and essential to the success of such developed organisations.
